DailyLedger replaces a manual Excel/Google Sheet expense tracker with a proper web app. Every registered user gets their own completely isolated financial workspace — categorized expenses and income, custom payment methods, monthly budgets with alerts, a calendar view, and a familiar spreadsheet-style monthly breakdown.

It's built for a small, trusted group of people who each want their own private ledger — not a public finance app, and not something anyone else on the team can browse into.

❓ FAQ

Can anyone else see my transactions?

No. Every query in the app is scoped to your own workspace, and financial data is never exposed through the admin panel — not even to Super Admins.

Can I add my own categories and payment methods?

Yes — anytime, from Others → Manage Categories. Existing ones can be deactivated (hidden) but never deleted, so your history stays intact.

How do new accounts get approved?

Registrations start pending. A Super Admin reviews and approves (or rejects) each one before login is possible.

Can I export my data?

Reports and Detail Reports charts can be exported as JPG images directly from the page.
